Founder's message

MuYue Technology Co., Ltd. was founded by the current CEO, who has extensive international industry experience and business management vision. He is currently leading the company to accept the OTC Markets OTC Board coaching program, actively promoting listing and moving towards the capital market.

The founder is currently pursuing a dual master's degree in EMBA from National Taiwan University and EMBA from Fudan University in Shanghai, and has the strategic capabilities to both deepen local roots and connect with international standards. Earlier, he worked for a Hong Kong company and was stationed in Dongguan as a factory manager, accumulating profound practical experience in manufacturing management and cross-strait supply chain integration. He also graduated from the 34th International Trade Class of the Foreign Trade Association ITI and has solid practical capabilities in international marketing and export.

The founder also serves as the vice president of the Central Region of the Taiwan Plastics Workers Union and is a graduate of Business Weekly CEO Academy, continuing to promote corporate digital transformation and sustainable development.

In terms of smart technology layout, the founder actively expanded overseas strategic alliances, successfully introduced Shelly, the largest smart home brand in Europe, obtained the general agency rights in Taiwan, and promoted local integration and channel establishment. It further combined with Muyue's self-developed technology to provide whole-house smart control systems covering homes, commercial offices, and factories, demonstrating the company's comprehensive capabilities from manufacturing upgrades to brand platforms.

Since its establishment, MuYue Technology has continued to deepen its layout of smart manufacturing and smart home applications, and actively expanded its international market and capital resources. The specific achievements are as follows:

2026
The company has completed the guidance plan for the OTC Markets' OTC Markets and is expected to be officially listed on the OTC Markets and obtain a stock code, entering a new stage in the capital market.
2025
– December: It is expected to introduce an investment of NT$6 million from the National Development Fund of the Executive Yuan as the cornerstone for capital and technology expansion.
– February: Received an order for a drone project from Zhongyang Industrial and participated in the government’s overseas export alliance program with it.
– We have received a number of industry benchmark orders, including:
・Low carbon packaging box
・American Starbucks food cover
・US QVS medical battery module project, the end customer is VAREX Imaging
– Officially signed a Taiwan general agent contract with German listed company Shelly to introduce Europe’s largest smart home system and build localized sales and integrated services.
– Started to apply for central SBIR grant program together with Yanbang Electric.
– The founder is currently studying for a dual master’s degree in EMBA at National Taiwan University and Fudan University in Shanghai

2024
– Passed the dual review of Taichung City Government and the Taiwan Stock Exchange, and officially launched the OTC board guidance program.
– Obtained a low-carbon smart manufacturing subsidy of 1.8 million yuan from the Industrial Bureau to promote energy conservation and intelligent production lines.
– Passed the U.S. QVS factory inspection and successfully obtained orders from American companies such as MOOG Inc. and Headrush Technologies.
2023
– Complete the Business Week CEO Academy and establish a blueprint for business operations and brand upgrades.
– Officially entered the supply chain of listed companies Lishan Technology (a subsidiary of Lishan Industry) and Shude Enterprise, further expanding manufacturing order-taking capabilities.
– Received a subsidy of NT$1.2 million from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to invest in production safety and workplace upgrades and improvements.
2022
– Officially moved into Taichung Precision Science Park to establish a smart manufacturing production base.
– Received a subsidy of NT$1.92 million from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in the same year to introduce safety mechanisms and process optimization
